San Jose is like the unofficial taco capital of the world. Wait, I’m going to claim it, San Jose is the taco capital of the world. And this proud San Josean loves her tacos, I could not believe how difficult it was to find amazing vegan tacos at local joints.

Here’s my curated list of favs that every vegan taco lover who lives in the Bay Area need to try at least once in their life.

Good Karma

I met up with several coworkers for lunch at Good Karma. All the waiters were so kind, and the environment was pleasant and calm. I immediately felt at home. I sought guidance on what to order and was pleased the in-depth knowledge our waitress had of the menu. It’s one of those places that I’ve never had a bad experience at. Their tacos are so fresh and healthy.

La Victoria Taqueria

The orange sauce alone is worth 5 stars! It’s simply fantastic!!! Aside from that, they got some monster vegan burritos for lunch and then passed out from exhaustion. Imagine what would happen if I ate the whole thing in one sitting. Definitely death by food, baby.

In any case, the burritos may be prepared moist if desired, and red or green sauce can be used looks like green was more popular.

But consider the scale of these things. Huge servings, like three-quarters of a burrito. In a nutshell, this place is awesome if you are hungry. I’ll place another order again soon.

RawASF

First and foremost, I am aware that this is a tiny company run by locals. However, there should be space for improvement. First and foremost, this company has the greatest marketing and visuals I’ve ever seen from a company of this size. Second, the personnel and service are outstanding. Third, the site and ambiance are well designed.

Goodness after work. This location receives a five-star rating. Everything tasted fantastic. They had much too much food on their menu.

Look no further if you’re searching for a health-conscious establishment with delicious smoothies, lattes, and cuisine. Adaptogen lattes are even available! Can you believe it?

Lavender matcha latte, turmeric latte… you name it, and they’ve got it. The cafe’s aesthetic and the menu’s simplicity appeal to me. I ordered the truffle pizza and the oatmilk Green Goddess smoothie. It was outstanding!
